Van Damme plays a dirty cop who is hooked on heroin, and everyone dislikes him. Because of an accident he is put into a coma, and comes out of it a better person. He wakes up wanting to put things right.

Jean Claude Van Damme has been hitting and missing now of late. For every In Hell and Wake of Death he puts out, where he showcases his growth as an actor within superior than the norm efforts, we get a 5 steps backwards The Hard Corps or Second in Command. So where does UNTIL DEATH fall? Smack in the middle baby!
Until Death came through gangbusters for its first half mainly due to one reason; Jean Claude Van Damme’s visceral performance. This was “Requiem for a Van Damme” with the lad bravely playing selfish, morose, drug abusing and senselessly violent to a T. His range as a performer has definitely expended since we last saw him and he effortlessly made his co-stars look like bottom of the barrel amateurs (evil and loving it Stephen Rea aside of course). The audio/visual execution at hand also helped Van Damme look good. Some of the ‘artsy light” editing choices were striking, camera moves were often slyly used to echo the lead’s damaged state and I esteemed the lack of music during some of the shoot-outs; it gave the whole a grittier feel.

surprisingly i'm still breathing...
because i was bored those days, i have done some weird things, like making one more blog on wordpress. i think i'm going to live it for a while, maybe i'll do something interesting with it, who knows...

my yesterday's post actually fits for description of my current state...
this day is unbelievably fucked for me.
i wanted to go and watch a movie with my friends in the cinema, but when we got there i realized that i've seen all the movies that are being shown this week, so i just headed back home.
came home, turned on the tv and couldn't find anything to watch, either i've already seen it or i just don't like it. just before i switched my tv off they were showing trailer of "the hitcher", "out in cinemas june 1st..." one more movie i won't see accompanied by my friends, because i saw it couple of weeks back...
turned the music on, turned it off in 2 minutes... i've heard everything on the radio, my favorites have been downloaded long time ago and already pissing me of because i'm really fed up with all of them..
i've seen most of paintings you can find in galleries and internet. abstract, contemporary, rococo, realism, fauvism, dada, expressionism... paited by the greatest artists like vincent van gogh's and gustav klimt, ending by the worst like some fucko hiruyama from japan and me...
boring, really boring, going crazy cause of boredom...
